1969 Chevy Nova SS paint

I'm restoring a 1969 Chevy nova SS and was wondering if there is a manual or guide as to what colors I need to purchase and what colors I need to paint the different parts of the car. drive shaft, rear end, front coil springs A-arm crossshafts, front stabilizer, steering box, rear springs and so one. Any help will be appreciated.
